The Van Antwerp Building is a high-rise built in 1907 located on 103 Dauphin Street in Mobile, Alabama. This iconic building has 11 stories and was initially designed and built to house a pharmacy store for the original owner. The building was eventually sold and underwent renovations in 2015. The building is currently occupied and used for office space.
Birkshaw Building Conservation reproduced close to 700 miscellaneous sections of terracotta stone to restore the Van Antwerp Building.
The restoration of the Van Antwerp Building was awarded the ABC National in Construction Eagle Award in 2015.
